Large Antique Art Deco Brass and Glass Hall Lantern Pendant Light
This large early 20th century hanging lantern features a heavy gilt brass brass frame with an acanthus accented ceiling mount and matching elaborately cast and crown finial. Displaying a classic transitional Art Deco rounded pediment, with dentil molding and applied rounded collars, this hanging chandelier has nine large shaped slag glass panels fixed between the brass ribbing. Featuring a round glass on underside, this fixture suspended by chains and has applied base filigree (some of which is missing). The actual lantern measures approximately 37" high and 14" wide.
