    Description

    VERY LARGE COLLECTION AND EXTREMELY RARE! 1955 to 1978 (missing 1976) inclusive Vintage Top Value Stamps Family Gift Catalogs, compiled in an actual Top Value Enterprises, Inc. Operations Manual binder. This Collection belonged to an Executive Vice President of Top Value Enterprises and the catalogs had very little use. The earliest catalog had only 19 pages of assorted merchandise. By 1969 Top Value Stamps Family Gift Catalogs offered Automobiles, Boats, and a vast variety of other gift items. Top Value Stamps were one of the first type of points system offered by merchants/retailers to encourage consumers to shop businesses that offered stamps (points)!.  Catalogs priced at an average of .40 each.
