Never used - intact
These are from the 1960’s -1970’s
California’s A&P Stores issued Blue Chip Stamps, While MacDonald Plaid Stamps were primarily issued in A&P Stores in the East Coast, Blue Chip Stamps went away I believe in the late 1980’s MacDonald Stamps went away in the 1970’s as the prices of groceries went up and they started to offer advertised lower prices.
Like S&H Green Stamps Blue Chip Stamps had their own catalogs for purchasing goods using completed books.

Similar to the S&H Green Stamps they were given to customers after purchase of merchandise and were filled in a book, once completed they would be turned into redemption centers for merchandise from catalogs.
